Virtual Toddler Moms Group

Service Description

This group is best suited for mothers of kiddos 1 to 4 years old. We survived the first year. Now, our kiddos are finding their feet, but for many moms, the hard part is just beginning. Who am I now that my life has been completely rearranged? Where do I find meaning, nourishment, and rest? What is my body asking of me? How do I relate to my partner? And where the heck is this village everyone keeps talking about? We offer space for toddler moms to engage with these questions in a confidential support group setting. This group will meet on Zoom on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. Participants are invited to bring their whole and nuanced selves to this group, to sink into the heart space of honest sharing and deep listening, and to build new relationships that will enrich their sense of community. If you participated in a FL&B postpartum support group, you’ll be familiar with the format. We invite open-ended sharing, what’s on your heart, each person in turn, and then shift into a topical discussion as time allows. Registration is required. While we understand that life happens, if you register for this group, we ask that you set the intention to attend every session in order to build a container of trust and mutual support for all group attendees.
